Veronica Smith
Veronica Smith grew up in Tigard, Oregon, and has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. She earned her undergraduate degree from Portland State University, where she also completed a Master’s in Business Administration. She later graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School, driven by a strong desire to help others navigate some of life’s most personal and important transitions.
Veronica began her legal career at St. Andrew’s Legal Clinic, where she supported families through challenging moments involving divorce, custody, and protective orders. It was there that she developed a deep respect for the strength of family, and ultimately found her calling in estate planning, a field where she could help people plan not just for the present, but for generations to come.
Now focused exclusively on estate planning, elder law, and probate, Veronica works closely with individuals and families to design thoughtful, customized plans that reflect their values and goals. She also helps guide clients through the often confusing world of probate and trust administration, offering clear guidance and steady support every step of the way.
Clients appreciate Veronica’s warm, approachable style and her ability to make complex legal topics easy to understand. She is deeply committed to building lasting relationships and sees her role not just as an attorney, but as a long-term partner in helping families grow, protect what matters most, and leave a meaningful legacy.
With a strong foundation in both law and business, Veronica brings a practical, yet deeply personal approach to her work and she looks forward to serving Oregon families with compassion and integrity for decades to come.
